Dive into the world’s most spectacular ocean swim! Now in its sixth year, the Great Barrier Reef Ocean Swim is proudly delivered by a seasoned team of swimming professionals and community supporters. Our goal is to cement this event as a must-do bucket-list adventure for every open-water swimmer.
SWIM THE REEF
The Great Barrier Reef Ocean Swim (GBROS) is operated in conjunction with Sunlover, the biggest and most reliable tour operator on the Great Barrier Reef.
The swim will take place from the Sunlover Pontoon located on Moore Reef, 60km from Cairns. A 1km course is marked out by buoys and following the Reef perimeters, to create the most beautiful swim view in the world!
This is a full day on the reef experience!
